Description Momentum Health Staffing is seeking a full-time Nonoperative Interventional Spine Physician to join Vermont Orthopaedic Clinic’s outpatient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and multidisciplinary SpineCare program in the heart of the Green Mountains.
