What You’ll Do:
- Provide specialized perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting
- Assess patient condition, plan, implement, and evaluate care during surgical procedures
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses following protocols
- Document all patient interactions, medications, and care interventions accurately
- Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Address patient and family education needs before and after surgery
- Support a team dedicated to excellence in surgical patient care
What You Need:
- Active RN license in Texas or a valid compact license
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in the operating room or surgical setting preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
