• Monday–Friday, generally aligned with clinic hours of approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

    

• Approximately 36 patient-facing clinic hours per week

    

• Additional administrative/in-basket time included

    

• No call

    

• 1 day of orientation

    

• Orientation compensation:

    $500 flat rate for 4 hours or less

    $1,000 flat rate for orientation exceeding 4 hours

      
    

• Target of 2.0+ completed visits per clinic hour

    

• Appointment lengths generally 30 minutes or less

    

• Strong focus on efficient, high-quality outpatient primary care

    

You will typically work with 1 MA or LPN, with additional support available from:

• Referral team

    

• Prior authorization team

    

• RN navigators

    

• Epic

    

• Dragon Dictation

    

• MD/DO

    

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

    

• BLS required

    

• Active Michigan license or IMLC

    

• IMLC candidates will be considered

    

• New graduates must provide residency training logs documenting relevant experience within the past 12 months

    

• Experienced providers must be able to demonstrate care for at least 10 adult inpatient/outpatient cases within the past 12 months

    

• English proficiency required

    

• Typical credentialing timeframe is approximately 30 days

    

• Applications are prioritized based on anticipated start date

    

• Consistent Monday–Friday outpatient schedule

    

• Approximately 36 patient-facing hours per week

    

• No call requirement
