We are seeking an experienced Physician specializing in Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery to join our client's team in Wisconsin for a 120-day assignment. This role involves 15-20 shifts per month, balancing clinic and call responsibilities. Key duties include performing bypass and valve surgeries, providing TAVR backup, managing aortic and vascular cases, and responding to emergency situations such as aortic dissections and unstable transfers from other facilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform bypass surgery (CABG).
• Conduct valve surgery, including open and minimally invasive aortic and mitral repair or replacement procedures.
• Provide TAVR backup, including surgical standby and participation in heart team reviews.
• Manage aortic and vascular cases, such as aneurysms and related procedures.
• Respond to emergencies while on call, addressing aortic dissections and unstable transfers from 7 other hospitals.
