A hospice and palliative care agency in North Chicago, Illinois, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join its team in a permanent position. In this role, you'll provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes and hospice settings, supporting patients and families during one of life's most meaningful times. This position offers a stable Monday–Friday daytime schedule, competitive pay, and a benefits package that includes tools to support your work in the field. Competitive pay: $70,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience
Full-time, permanent position
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes and hospice settings
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
Develop and implement individualized plans of care
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Educate and support patients and families
Coordinate care with physicians, NPs, social workers, chaplains, aides, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Complete accurate clinical documentation Qualifications
Active Illinois RN license
