A federal healthcare facility in Florence, Colorado, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join its team. This position offers a predictable weekday schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no on-call, giving you a strong work-life balance alongside competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Competitive pay: $68–$71 per hour
Full-time schedule with 8- or 10-hour shifts

Provide primary and preventive care, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic health record
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team
Educate patients on health maintenance, disease management, and treatment plans Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Active, unrestricted NP license
Current national NP board certification
Current BLS certification
New graduates welcome; experienced NPs encouraged to apply
