What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, sports medicine, and neuro-specific diagnoses
- Manage a caseload independently with support from departmental supervisors and peer therapists
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Use electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Wellsky and Meditech Expanse
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
- Support patient education and promote healing and independence
What You Need
- Required:
- Current LA Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Experience with orthopedic, neuro, and complex patient types
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic, Wellsky, Meditech Expanse)
- Preferred:
- Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Previous outpatient rehabilitation experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
