What You’ll Do
- Manage a caseload independently across diverse patient types including spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, and medically complex patients
- Provide therapy for acute, outpatient, and skilled nursing patients with orthopedic, neuro, and surgical diagnoses
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Use EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech Expanse, and Wellsky for documentation
- Support patient recovery through evidence-based therapy techniques
- Participate in departmental and hospital orientation to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain compliance with licensure, certifications, and departmental policies
What You Need
- Current LA Physical Therapist license
- 1+ years of relevant clinical experience in specialty settings
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Supportive, patient-centered approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (or willing to obtain)
- Experience with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech, and Wellsky

This assignment is with a leading healthcare facility in Shreveport, LA, providing inpatient rehab, acute care, outpatient, and skilled nursing services.
