Compensation:
Tier 1
Hourly: $430/hr
24 Hour Call (4 Hours Gratis): $3580 per 24 hours
Night Call: $525/shift
Call Back: $450/hr

Tier 2
Hourly: $470/hr
24 Hour Call (4 Hours Gratis): $3740/day
Night Call: $545/shift
Call Back: $490/hr

Schedule
Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
Weeknight Call: 5:00 PM-7:00 AM
Weekend Call: 24-Hour Call Coverage
Weekday and Weekend Call Required

Patient Population / Volume
Approximately 15 Patients Per Day
Approximately 12 Hospital-Based Patients Per Day
Approximately 12-15 Procedures Per Provider Per Day

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Inpatient Gastroenterology Coverage
Evaluate and Manage Gastroenterology Patients
Perform Gastrointestinal Procedures
Provide Gastroenterology Services in Hospital-Based GI Labs
Provide Weeknight and Weekend Call Coverage

Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD)
Small Bowel Biopsy
Lower GI Endoscopy
Sigmoidoscopy
Colonoscopy
Capsule Deployment
Esophageal Dilation

Clinical Environment / Support
13 Physicians in the Gastroenterology Group
Hospital-Based GI Labs
Epic EMR

Requirements
Board Certified - Required
Active Illinois Medical License at Time of Submission - Required, No Exceptions
DEA - Required
Controlled Substance Registration (CSR/CDS) - Required

Credentialing
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 3 Months"
