Description Work Dates Needed: Nov-Ongoing Preferred Schedule: Mon-Tues (7a-5p); Wed TBD (possible 1/2 day clinic w/ pager call for follow ups, overflow, etc) Avg 12 shifts per month Worksite Setting: Outpatient Scope of Work: The practice includes interventional procedures such as: *Lumbar epidural steroid injections *Cervical epidural steroid injections *Trigger point injections *Radiofrequency ablations *Facet joint injections *Medial branch blocks *Hip and other joint injections *Other interventional pain procedures within the physician's scope of practice * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
