Our client in New Mexico is seeking a dedicated Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for a 240-day assignment. The role involves a consistent clinic schedule Monday through Friday, supplemented by weekday ward coverage, and weeknight and weekend call duties, averaging 40–60 hours weekly. This comprehensive position requires providing full-spectrum outpatient, inpatient, operative, and emergent OB/GYN care, including C-sections and urgent on-call response.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide outpatient, inpatient, operative, and emergent OB/GYN care at the facility.
• Perform OR surgical cases and procedures across any area of the facility as needed.
• Consult with surgical and OB/GYN staff on patient care matters.
• Manage Labor & Delivery coverage and consults/admissions from the ED and outpatient clinics.
• Perform C-sections as required.
• Provide on-call coverage during weeknights and weekends per the schedule.
• Ensure on-call response, reaching patient bedside within 15 minutes during urgent situations.
