Patient Population / Volume
Primarily Adult Patients
Pediatric Emergency Torsion Cases May Occasionally Present During Call
Approximately 24-28 Patients Per Day During Clinic Coverage

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Urology Call Coverage
Provide General Urology Care
Perform Office Visits and Procedures as Needed
Provide Supervision of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
Robotic Surgery Available but Not Required

Required Procedures / Skills
Vasectomy
Cystoscopy
Prostate Procedures
Ureteroscopy
Lithotripsy
Orchiopexy
Penile Plication
Penile Implants - Rare
Vasectomy Reversal - Not Mandatory
Circumcision Support May Be Needed on Rare Occasions

Cystoscopes and Towers Available
Injection Equipment Available

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology - Required
Pennsylvania Medical License or IMLC Letter of Qualification - Required
DEA - Required
Minimum 1 Year of Experience - Required

Credentialing
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 Days
