Position Offers

Competitive pay: $235,000–$285,000 per year
Bonus opportunity
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
No weekends
Light call: phone triage only, 1 week every 5 weeks

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease
Perform annual wellness exams, preventive screenings, and well-child visits
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up care as needed
Provide after-hours phone triage during on-call weeks
Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic health record

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active, unrestricted Texas medical license
Active DEA registration
Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
