Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $3,251.82

What You’ll Do:
- Perform core urological procedures including cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, and penile implants
- Manage patient care for adult populations, including urgent call responsibilities
- Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- Collaborate with the surgical team in a hospital setting with 16 operating rooms
- Utilize Epic EMR system for patient documentation
- Support patient transitions and provide post-procedure follow-up
- Participate in on-call coverage, including 2-hour gratis call shifts
What You Need:
Required:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Valid PA License or IMLC LOQ
- DEA registration
- At least 1-year professional experience in urology
Preferred:
- Experience with robotic surgery and advanced urological procedures
- Strong surgical skills and patient management abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
