What You’ll Do
- Provide expert neonatal care to critically ill newborns in the NICU setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Support families through education and compassionate care
- Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours coverage as scheduled
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- Prior NICU or Neonatology experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and handle complex cases
Preferred:
- Certification in neonatal or pediatric emergency care
