- Experience: Minimum 1-year neuro surgery experience required

What You’ll Do
- Provide patient care for inpatient neurosurgery cases in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with residents and medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Review and order patient tests, medications, and discharge plans
- Assist in removing drains such as Hemovac and JP drains (preferred skill)
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
- Support patient rounding and post-operative care management
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need
- Valid Board Certification in Neurosurgery
- Massachusetts State License
- At least 1 year of neurosurgery experience
- Strong patient care skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
