What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality patient care within a telemetry unit, utilizing nursing processes
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment
- Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise licensed and ancillary staff
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care procedures
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare standards and regulations
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
What You Need:
Required:
- Current RN license in Louisiana
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Additional certification in a clinical specialty
