Our client in West Virginia is seeking a dedicated Hematologist/Oncologist for a 120-day assignment. This role involves a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a mix of outpatient clinic, administrative time, and one week per month of inpatient rounding and call coverage. The physician will manage a full spectrum of hematology and oncology cases, including outpatient clinic work and inpatient rounding with call responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive care for a full spectrum of hematology and oncology cases.
• Manage outpatient clinic responsibilities for three weeks per month.
• Conduct clinic duties and inpatient rounding during one week per month.
• Fulfill call coverage requirements during the designated week.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Medical Oncology required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS.
• EMR: Epic.
• Setting: Clinic and Call coverage.
• Call Schedule: One week per month of inpatient rounding and out of house call coverage, including weekends.
• Patients per day: 16.
• LOA: 120 Days.
• Staffing Mix: One other Hematologist/Oncologist, nursing staff, and Advanced Practice Providers.
