What You’ll Do
- Provide bedside care for patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Float to other OSU-affiliated hospitals as needed, typically within a 5-6 minute walk
- Perform IV starts, telemedicine monitoring, and other advanced skills
- Utilize EPIC electronic health records system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Support patient safety and comfort throughout shifts
- Adhere to hospital policies and compliance standards
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- 1+ year of relevant RN experience
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH
- Strong IV start and telemedicine skills
- Ability to float between facilities as required
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts if necessary
