MS/Tele Registered Nurse - Palliative Care – Columbus, OH

  • Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

  • Hours/Week: 36

  • Employment Type: W-2, PRN/Per Diem

  • Licensure: Ohio RN License (active) required

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience

  • Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required


Pay & Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $59.18

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide symptom management and comfort care to patients with serious illnesses

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans

  • Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly

  • Document care activities accurately in Epic EMR system

  • Float within units of similar or lower acuity levels to meet staffing needs

  • Educate patients and families on symptom management and treatment options

  • Respond to urgent needs and assist in crisis situations


What You Need:

Required:


  • Valid Ohio RN license

  • Minimum 2 years of recent acute care RN experience

  • BLS certification

  • Epic EMR experience



Preferred:


  • Previous travel nursing experience

  • Experience in palliative or hospice care
