100% Outpatient Coverage

Adult Patients Only
Approximately 17-20 Clinic Patients Per Day
Patients With Various Types of Cancer
Some Patients With Benign Hematologic Conditions
No Pediatric Patients

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Outpatient Medical Oncology Care
Evaluate and Manage Patients With Various Types of Cancer
Manage Patients With Benign Hematologic Conditions
Conduct New Patient Evaluations and Follow-Up Visits
Develop and Manage Oncology Treatment Plans
Monitor Patient Progress and Response to Treatment
Provide Ongoing Cancer Care and Management

Located Across From a Level I Trauma Hospital

No Leadership or Teaching Responsibilities

Requirements
Board Certified in Oncology - Required
Active Michigan Medical License - Required
BLS - Required
Clean Malpractice History - Required
Clean Medical License History - Required
At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Medical Oncology
Must Be Comfortable Managing Various Types of Cancer
Must Be Comfortable Managing Benign Hematologic Conditions
Must Be Available 3 Days Per Week
NPDB Self-Query Report Dated Within 30 Days - Required at Presentation
All Required Qualifications Must Be Documented at Name Clear

Credentialing
