What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to LTAC ICU patients with complex needs
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health record system
- Support patient and family education
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and hospital policies
What You Need
- Current RN license in Louisiana
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Minimum of 1 year ICU or LTAC experience
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to an emergency team environment if needed
About the Assignment
