   Duties & Responsibilities:
  

    
• assessment of health history
• addressing physician orders
• in-office procedures
• patient & family education
• chemotherapy administration
• cancer symptom management
• patient monitoring through frequent visits on their physical state, as well as their emotional well-being
• acts as the primary conduit of communication with patients, often relaying patient information and feedback to physicians
• providing direct nursing care, including triage of patient care needs
• applies clinical knowledge, judgment, and decision-making skills to analyze and act on patient care issues, and additional duties assigned by Cancer Care Director or Physician Services Senior Leader
