NNP - Board Certified - [REQUIRED] (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)
FL License (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED] * no exemption, required at presentation
Current 2+ years of employment experience as NNP (not including RN experience) - [REQUIRED]
DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - [REQUIRED] * no exemptions
Must have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing and/or DNP; Current 2+ years' experience as NNP (not including RN)
Board Certified
