What You’ll Do
- Decontaminate all surgical items including drills, DaVinci equipment, scopes
- Assemble instruments for various service lines like Trauma, loaners, peel packaging
- Perform sterilization processes (Sterrad and steam)
- Manage HLD and scope reprocessing
- Maintain sterile storage areas
- Serve as an OR liaison in maintaining workflow
- Operate and troubleshoot Censitrac tracking system and Medivator equipment
What You Need
Required:
- Valid CBSPD or CRCST certification (HSPA/IAHCSMM)
- Experience with Medivator sterilization systems
- Prior experience with all aspects of sterile processing in a high-volume hospital
- Knowledge of decontamination, sterilization, and instrument assembly
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy surgical environment
Preferred:
- Experience with HLD/scope reprocessing
- OR liaison experience
- Familiarity with Censitrac or similar tracking systems
