What You’ll Do
- Provide mental health care for adult and senior patients in a behavioral health unit
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Support patient stabilization and recovery through evidence-based interventions
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
- Ensure safety and compliance with hospital protocols and regulations
- Participate in patient assessments and discharge planning
- Maintain up-to-date certifications and license requirements
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Missouri or corresponding state
- BLS certification
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience in behavioral health or related fields
- Experience working with ages 18 and above
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in adult and senior psychiatric care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
About the Assignment
This position is at a prominent behavioral health unit caring for adults and seniors. The role involves night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday through Sunday, providing critical psychiatric care with a dedicated team. The facility focuses on recovery-oriented treatment, safety, and patient-centered approaches.
