Expanding Critical Care (ICU) opportunity offering multiple schedule options. Fast-paced ICU working collaboratively with intensivist team providing ICU hospital coverage. Seeking proficient bedside procedures, including central venous catheter placement, arterial line insertion, endotracheal intubation. High-level clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork. Cerner EMR.

Schedule options:

7on / 7off 14 hour shifts per 28 schedule block (182 shifts annually). Weekend and holiday coverage shared among ICU Advanced Practice Providers. No call requirement.

Seven 24-hour shifts per 28-day block;
or dedicated night shifts;
or rotating day/night shifts.

Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary to $165K
Signing bonus (up to $10K)
Relocation assistance (up to $5k/negotiable)
Public Service Loan Forgiveness
Generous PTO (6 weeks including holidays)
CME ($3500 annually)

Skills

Requirements:
Board Certified: Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine
2 years ICU (critical care) experience
OH license, or eligible
