  Duties & Responsibilities
  

  

  
• Perform face-to-face patient evaluations within 24 hours of admission

  
• Conduct daily rounding on inpatient rehab unit

  
• Manage consults and admissions

  
• Participate in scheduled team conferences (Mon, Wed, Fri)

  
• Complete required documentation including discharge summaries, IPOCS, and care plans
