We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician Assistant for an outpatient assignment in New Jersey. This 5-day assignment involves an intermittent schedule with various shifts focused on providing general primary care for chronic and acute cases.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide general primary care, including chronic and acute care cases
• Perform basic wound care, ear wax removal, skin biopsy, and skin cyst removal
• Conduct stitches, suture, and staple removal
• Administer joint, tendon, and trigger point injections
• Perform skin tag removal and I & D abscesses
• Conduct Pap smears and endometrial biopsies
• Execute IUD and Nexplanon removals

• Board Certifications: Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP)
• Other Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• EMR: Athenahealth
• Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
• Patients per day: 10-12
• LOA: 5 Days
• Staffing Mix: 2 MAs
