What You’ll Do
- Provide emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population in a hospital ER setting
- Assess patient conditions promptly and accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with emergency team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient information efficiently in Meditech EMR system
- Follow safety and infection control protocols
- Support patient comfort and education throughout their ER stay
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
- Proficiency in Meditech EMR
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt quickly
Preferred:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively
- Dependability and excellent documentation skills
