Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Hours/Week: 36 hours/week

Employment Type: Contract (W-2)

Certifications Needed: BLS, Chemotherapy Certification (ONS)

Experience: Minimum 1 year inpatient hematology/medical-surgical experience with chemo certification

What You’ll Do

  • Administer chemotherapy and manage patient care on hematology/oncology unit

  • Monitor patient vitals and manage symptoms related to cancer treatments

  • Use computerized charting systems, including EPIC

  • Interpret telemetry and dysrhythmias for inpatient care

  • Manage patient feeding tubes, blood products, and central/peripheral lines

  • Respond to emergency situations using rapid response teams

  • Educate patients on treatment plans and provide compassionate support



What You Need

Required:


  • Valid Ohio RN license

  • BLS certification

  • Chemotherapy certification (ONS)

  • Minimum 1-year inpatient hematology or oncology experience

  • Experience with EPIC and telemetry monitoring

  • Ability to administer chemotherapy and manage IV lines



Preferred:


  • ACLS certification
