Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $49.00/hour plus $11 paid Federal Holidays (blended rate of $50.96/hr) and $5.42/hour toward health and wellness benefits, totaling approximately $56.38/hr

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate patient care in collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes
- Perform physical exams and health histories
- Provide health education, counseling, and health promotion
- Administer medications, wound care, and personalized interventions
- Supervise and direct care provided by other healthcare team members
- Make patient care assignments based on scope of practice and skill level
- Recognize adverse signs and respond swiftly in emergency situations
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Make referrals and arrange specialty care as needed
- Support research initiatives to improve patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (NLNAC or CCNE accredited program)
- Active, unrestricted RN license in Virginia
- Minimum 1 year recent RN experience
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification
- Ability to pass a government background/security check
Preferred:
- Experience in emergency or acute care settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

This position is based in the Emergency Department of a leading healthcare facility in Hampton, VA, operating 24/7. The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support quality improvement initiatives.
