What You’ll Do
- Monitor and report on residents’ mental and physical well-being
- Receive, transcribe, and execute physician orders accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting electronically
- Supervise and assist nursing assistants in patient care
- Support resident rounds with physicians to address medical needs
- Manage wound care, oxygen, feeding procedures, and infection control
- Facilitate admissions, discharges, and transfers, plus complete accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with residents’ families and healthcare teams
What You Need
Required:
- Active RN/LPN license in NH
- Experience in long-term care nursing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in LTC setting
- Knowledge of wound care, medication administration, and resident assessment

This position is based in a well-respected facility located in Claremont, NH, approximately two hours from Boston. Candidates must have their own transportation due to the rural location and limited public transit options.
