Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do


  • Develop and implement nursing care plans tailored to patient needs across various age groups

  • Conduct patient assessments, provide leadership within the care team, and coordinate with ancillary staff

  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary

  • Ensure compliance with hospital standards and safety protocols

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities



What You Need

Required:


  • Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Oklahoma

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting

  • Strong assessment and patient care skills

  • Ability to work nights and adapt to fast-paced environment



Preferred:


  • Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations

  • Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
