What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to an average of 5 patients per shift
- Manage both Emergency Room and Med Surg patient needs, responding effectively to urgent situations
- Collaborate with a team of 2 registered nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation
- Utilize BLS, ACLS, and PALS skills to provide critical interventions when needed
- Support patient education and discharge planning
- Uphold facility policies and standards for patient safety and quality care
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Oklahoma (or eligible for reciprocity)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- At least 1 year of recent ER or Med Surg nursing experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
