What You’ll Do
- Clean, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments for procedures
- Ensure all equipment meets safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization processes
- Follow established procedures and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with surgical teams to meet departmental needs
- Assist with inventory management of surgical instruments
- Support hospital staff in maintaining sterile environments
What You Need
- Required:
- Valid CBSPD & IAHCSMM/HSPA certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sterile processing or related field
- Ability to work a flexible mid-shift schedule
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Preferred:
- Previous hospital experience in surgical services
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
