Description Locums | Eureka, CA Interventional Cardiology *We are looking for providers who are experienced in interventional cardiology, must have a few years working in the field to be considered, new grads will not be considered going forward* SCHEDULE • Coverage Type: Inpatient • Schedule Type: Call only • Call Type: 24-Hour Beeper Call *UPDATED* Needed Dates: • March: 3/5 through 3/8 at 0700 and 3/12 through 3/13 at 0700 • July: 7/30 at 0700 through 8/6 at 0700 • August: 8/1 through 8/6 at 0700 and 8/13 through 8/20 at 0700 • December: 12/24 forward • Dates of Need: See above • Shift Times: 7am-7am • Lunch N/A • Provider Min # Shifts Required: see above • Guaranteed Hours per Day: 0 • Hours Worked for OT to apply: 0. CREDENTIALING • Current CV • License: Active CA License • DEA Required: Yes • Boards: BC or BE within 3-5 years of residency • Skills/Certs: ACTIVE FLURO is required • Other: PLEASE ENSURE AN UPDATED CV WITH ALL HOSPITAL AFFILIATIONS IS UPLOADED DURING PRESENTATION. Attached is a new privileging form that will set expectations for what is needed once a provider is confirmed. Please consider starting to ensure your provider has all of these items to ensure they can qualify for privileges at the time of confirmation. o All HBS specialties require 2 years of current Hospital clinical activity in the specialty. o Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained. o Include current number of case logs upon presentation for surgical specialties. ADDITIONAL DETAILS Please ensure you review the practice description for all required procedures. It will be 75% Interventional and 25% noninvasive. NUC reading/NUC activity will be required.
