Job Details:
- Pay Rate: $125/hr
- Also open to a permanent position
- Qualifications: NP/PA Cardiology
- Board Certified
- MI License at name clear
- 3+ years inpatient and outpatient cardiology experience
- ACLS, BLS (AHA)
- Acute care trained (preferred)
- Clean background, no malpractice or license issues
- Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital
- Schedule: Dates: January 2027 - Ongoing
- 2 weeks per month: 7 days on, 7 days off
- Sunday-Saturday 7:30am-4:00pm
- No overnights, no call
- Reason: multiple APP resignations
- Assignment: Inpatient
- 80% inpatient / 20% outpatient
- Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
- Census: 20-25 patients per day (IP list)
- Cardiology IP rounding with physicians; follow-ups, discharge instructions, post-procedure care
- No procedures required
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 90-120 days
