Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician


StartDate: ASAP
Available Shifts: 10;On Call;9
Pay Rate: $325.92 - $352.80



This facility is seeking Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.  

 

Details and requirements for this opportunity: 

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM clinic coverage with weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call; 1-2 weeks per month; January 2027 start and ongoing
  • Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
  • Types of Cases: Maternal-Fetal Medicine consultations, high-risk obstetrics, obstetric ultrasound interpretation and performance, fetal assessments; consultative role with OB physicians; deliveries not required but strongly preferred
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60- 90 days
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
  • Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Board Certified
  • Licensure Required:  Active Alaska Medical License
