Schedule: 8a-5p hospital coverage and overnight pager call. Minimum 2 weeks per month is ideal.

On Call Requirements: Night call

Average Amount of Call Back Hours: 1-2 times weekly for after hours procedures
# of Providers Needed: multiple physicians. Anticipate utilizing 2 at any given time

Patient Population: 100% adult
% Outpatient vs Inpatient: inpatient
Average # of Patients Per Day: 10 cases/day weekdays; 6 cases per day weekends.
Trauma Level Designation: Level 1 trauma, Thrombectomy-capable stroke center
Required Duties, Procedures, Skills, etc: General IR + cerebral embolectomy (no aneurysm management). Moderate sedation.
EMR/Documentation: Epic
Additional Notes: Anticipate only Interventional radiology coverage (no diagnostic reads)

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
