Description Momentum Healthcare Staffing (Momentum HCS) is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physicians for hospital-employed Hospitalist and Nocturnist positions in Alabama. One Day Hospitalist and multiple Nocturnist openings are available for an ASAP start. Position Highlights Internal Medicine trained; BC/BE required Day: 7-on/7-off, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, approximately 182 shifts/year Night: Minimum 12 shifts/month, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, flexible scheduling Open ICU with Intensivist support No procedures required Hospitalists participate in rapid responses and codes Opportunity to pick up additional shifts Epic EMR H-1B transfers considered; J-1 candidates not currently accepted New graduates for Summer 2027 are not currently being considered Compensation & Benefits Day: $148.50/hour Night: $172.06/hour Up to $40,000 quality bonus $100,000 signing bonus PSLF-eligible employer with student loan repayment options Paid malpractice with tail coverage CME and professional dues allowances Onsite fitness facility Paid interview expenses Why Choose This Opportunity?
