• Join an interdisciplinary PACE team delivering primary care to frail older adults.


• Care spans the center, homes, assisted living and nursing facilities; local travel and after-hours call participation.


• Annual salary range $130,000–$160,000.


• MSN or physician assistant studies degree, Massachusetts certification/licensure and prescribing authority, DEA and CPR credentials required.


• Geriatric experience required; posting lists one to two years.
