Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across all age groups, from newborns to adolescents and adults.
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including preventive care, health maintenance, and follow-up visits.
- Perform routine physical examinations, health screenings, and immunizations.
- Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (Epic) and adhere to clinic protocols and standards.
