Description Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Locums Job | 4-Day Workweek Option | One Hour from Madison, Wisconsin We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a 6 month outpatient locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin, approximately one hour from Madison. This opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance with a flexible four- or five-day workweek, no after-hours call, and dedicated 1:1 clinical support. Physicians will enjoy a consistent outpatient schedule, manageable patient volumes, and the flexibility to see either all ages or adults only. Key Responsibilities:-- Provide outpatient primary care coverage, averaging 18–22 patients per day -- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, preventive care, and routine wellness visits -- Treat patients of all ages, with adult-only coverage considered -- Work Monday–Thursday or Monday–Friday, depending on provider preference -- Choose between 8:30 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM shifts -- Collaborate with dedicated 1:1 MA, LPN, or RN clinical support -- Document patient encounters using Epic EMR -- No after-hours call required Qualifications: -- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine -- Wisconsin medical license and applicable credentialing requirements -- Experience providing outpatient primary care -- Comfortable managing approximately 18–22 patients per day -- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative clinical team -- Availability for a 6 month ongoing -- Flexible scheduling options available The Jackson and Coker Advantage:
