- 30-minute response time required from hospital
- 5 calls per shift
- 3 - 5 patients per shift
- Low and high risk OB, vaginal delivery, C-section required
- Surgical gyn: open, lap, operative/major procedures required
- Office gyn: IUD, colposcopy, LEEP, cryotherapy required
- Leave coverage
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
