-Start date: as soon as credentialed
-Duration: on-going until permanent hire found
-Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a-5p
-No weekends, no call
-Patient mix: all ages
-Patient volume: 18-20 per day
-Physician can do basic in-office procedures, but it is not required
-EMR: EPIC
-Located in the same health center as specialty care services such as Interventional Cardiology and Oncology
**Requirements: Board Certified in Family Medicine, ACTIVE Louisiana medical license
