The Wound Care locum tenens opportunity in Iowa:
-Start date: July 2, 2018
-Duration: on-going (minimum 3-month commitment)
-Schedule: Monday – Friday ;8a-5p
-No weekends
-No call
-Patient volume: average 20 per day
-Patient mix: 75% Geriatric, 24% Adult, <1% Pediatric
-Physician will be supported by nursing staff – 5 Wound Certified nurses, 1 non-certified RN
-EMR: Cerner
-6 exam rooms
-Procedures: Wound care, debridement, skin substitution/grafting, application of total casts/casting, I&D, Laser Doppler Study Interpretation
-Hyperbarics preferred but not required **Must be Board Certified, Wound Certified, ABWM, or similar (wound care experience), Iowa medical license at time of submission**
