Standard Qualifications:   JOB TITLE: Corporate Director, Revenue Cycle   LOCATION: St. Louis, MO   GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES - The Corporate Director, Revenue Cycle directs and coordinates activities within assigned call center, ensuring external client KPI's and expectations on service and performance are identified and accomplished. Directs workloads, staff assignments, tasks, projects, quality and productivity to meet all revenue and collection, KPI and satisfaction for clients and staff goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.  SUPERVISOR - SVP Insurance   SUPERVISES - Managers, Insurance Services DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:  • Develops required policies and procedures as needed to assure high reliability in expected outcomes.  • Actively recommends and drives accountability to productivity standards globally as well as client specific areas.  • Ensures policies and procedures are adhered to assure quality standards are met.  • Works closely with all relevant individuals and business units, internally and externally, to determine production goals based on operational standards as well as client profile.  • Actively participates in development and execution of change needs to address budget plans.  • Cultivates and drives a culture of 'can do' and 'just culture' while maintaining a high level of expectations related to operations and behaviors.  • Embodies a team success attitude that is created through integrity and an atmosphere of unity and respect.  • Achieves a level of subject matter expert related to Parallon INS LOB operations and industry insurance collections.  • Continually assesses the quality and quantity of collection performance for all clients' assuring KPI's are met.  • Proactively evaluates performance, makes adjustments and initiates solutions to resolve issues timely, accurately and effectively. Seeks immediate performance improvements. Understands why and how client performance fluctuates and makes the necessary adjustments to rectify. Discusses all such findings as needed with the RVP, Insurance Follow-up.  • Participates in the creation and performance of the Education and Training staff to assure staff is fully engaged and current in their operational training needs.  • Oversees management activity relating to hiring, training, coaching, monitoring, appraising, disciplining and terminating.  • Supports the development of service level agreements with clients to ensure continuous continuity between work and expectations.  • Continually looks for opportunities to drive success in process, policies, staff knowledge, staff engagement, margin enhancement and cost reduction, etc.  • Develops robust reporting to ensure internal staff and leaders are kept informed of performance as well as KPI driven operational review material to ensure the client of full and transparent knowledge. Provides updates on procedural and client oriented changes and updates department manuals or other written materials.  • Communicates openly and routinely to ensure active communication supports the urgency and drive for success of the entire team.  • Adheres to and supports organizational IT&S standards, policies, and procedures.  • Adheres to and drives the Code of Conduct and mission expectations to all individuals.  • Performs other duties as assigned.
