POSITION SUMMARY Endoscopy Technicians are accountable to and perform duties under the direct, on-site supervision of an RN when providing delegated patient care. In its support role to the RN, the Endoscopy Technician is responsible for patient care tasks as assigned, which contribute to the health, safety and comfort needs of patients. Performs various environmental duties for the unit as well as duties of a nursing assistant as necessary.
