Visit xxxxxxxxxxx* to learn more.    Gen e ral Statement of Du t ies: The Assis t ant Manager will possess advanced leadership skills and is responsible for the coord i nation of all solid organ transplant satellite clinic operations. In this leadership role the Mana g er assures smooth business operations, pro m otes collaboration a m ong all m e m b ers of the interdisciplinary tea m , facilitates patient care delivery and timeline s s of service, role models and pro m o t es ex c ell e nt custo m er s ervice, prevents and/or resolves conflict and, ov erall, provid e s for an opti m al patient care and work environ m ent.  Essential Job Functions: 1. Responsible for all satellite clinic operations in close collaboration with Directors and Vice President of Transplant.  2 . Responsible for projects/processes that are es s ential to the success o f the satellite clinics . Examples include charging process e s, m aintaining and reporting appropriate statistical da t a, time/atten d ance for staffing, and appropriate Quality Review to be integrated into the overall transplant programs Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Plan (QAPI).  3 . Assists in the development, review, and evaluation of staff performance. Communicate regularly to the staffing regarding policy changes or announcements. Assists in the completion of the orientation checklist with all new employees.  4 . Works in close collaboration with transplant administrative leadership, transplant physicians, outreach coordinators, and business development staff to maintain and improve all referral source relationships.  5. D e m onstra t es succe s sful conflict resolution in a ti m ely manner with patients, f a m i lies, p h y sicians and other healt h care team me m b ers.  6. Organize, maintain and order inventory of office supplies and equipment. Prepare expense reports and invoice processing in a timely manner.
